Twice a month we will schedule a open group discussion about weight loss accomplishments, struggles, strategies and resources to support you in your fitness journey. Our fitness coach will provide tips, advice and encouragement. The schedule will be provide sent after booking your initial nutrition counseling appointment.

2) have health insurance that covers nutrition counseling/medical nutrition therapy.

The fitness webinar is designed to help you understand the foundations of fitness and how to exercise effectively—no matter your age, ability, or experience. Each session focuses on a key topic and delivers actionable tips you can start using immediately. Ask fitness questions and receive live responses.

Our trainer will be able to see you and provide real-time feedback on form and technique create a safe and effective workout.
