Our personal trainer will create a fitness program based on your health/medical condition, physical limitations, fitness level, workout preferences, schedule/time constraints habits, and goals. The goal is to provide you with a personalize fitness plan and be a source of motivation and accountability.

To get started complete our Personal Training Intake Form. Fitness consultations are conducted by phone and take approximately 15 minutes. During the consultation our trainer will review your goals and determine the best personal training option for you to purchase.
Our bodies, food preferences, dietary needs are all different and benefit more from a personalized approach to nutrition and food. Start working with one of our registered dietitians to come up with strategies that work best for you . . . . and even your family. Nutrition counseling is covered by most insurance plans.
