Chair Massage

Boost Employee Wellness with On-Site Chair Massage

In today’s fast-paced work environment, stress and physical tension can take a toll on employee health, morale, and productivity. Chair massage is a powerful, cost-effective addition to any corporate wellness program that helps your team feel their best—both physically and mentally.

Our on-site chair massage services bring professional massage therapists directly to your workplace. Using a specially designed ergonomic chair, employees remain fully clothed and receive focused massage sessions lasting 10 to 30 minutes. The treatment targets high-stress areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, and arms—areas commonly strained by long hours at desks or in meetings.

Chair massage not only relieves muscular tension and improves circulation, but also reduces stress, enhances focus, and boosts overall job satisfaction. Whether offered as a one-time perk, part of a wellness day, or a recurring program, chair massage sends a clear message: your company values employee well-being.

Benefits of Corporate Chair Massage:

  • Reduces workplace stress and anxiety
  • Eases muscle tension and repetitive strain from desk work
  • Increases employee focus, energy, and morale
  • Promotes a positive and healthy work culture
  • Enhances employee retention and satisfaction

Invest in your team’s health and productivity—because a relaxed employee is a more effective one.

Chair massage

The type of massage methods our massage therapist use for chair massage therapy are the following:

  • Shiatsu - Shiatsu uses various use pressing, sweeping, patting, rolling, and rotating movements. The goal is to help release muscular tension in certain areas of the body.
  • Swedish massage - Swedish massage is described as long gliding strokes and kneading motions. This massage is good for helping blood circulation.

Get Stretched Out: Assisted Passive Stretching Program

What is the "Get Stretched Out" program?

"Get stretched out", is a one-on-one assisted passive stretching session, facilitated by our wellness specialist. Our specialists will “stretch you out” by stretching various muscles groups such as your hamstrings, quadriceps, hips, chest, shoulders, arms, and lower back. Research shows that stretching improves mobility range of motion, reduce stiffness, muscular tension, and overall stress.
