Small group fitness sessions offer a perfect balance between personal attention and group motivation. It also allows our trainer to focus on individual form, technique, and modifications to ensure safety and effectiveness. 2-8 individuals

Our BioFitness Screenings measures lean muscle mass, fat percentage, BMI, water weight, resting metabolic rate, and grip strength. Monthly screenings

Nutrition counseling is a great compliment to our fitness programs. Meet with our registered dietitian to get a personalized approach to nutrition and your diet. Sessions are conducted video chat. This is an optional service and you must have qualifying health insurance.

Get personalized support from our fitness coach who will help design your weekly workout program during a private one-one one consultation.

Our BioFitness Screening provides a comprehensive look at your overall health and body composition beyond the scale. This advanced assessment helps you better understand key wellness metrics and supports personalized goal setting for weight loss, fitness, and long-term health improvement.

Our fitness classes are generally station-based meaning you can work at your one pace based on our level of fitness. Additionally our fitness coaching provide modifications form some exercises. Our class are open to most fitness levels but you should be prepared to exercise a moderate to high level. Check out the video below for some exercises you perform in our classes! We also recommend taking advantage of a 1-Day class pass the week of March 2.
Working out with us twice a week is great . . . . however it may not be enough for some individuals especially if the goal is weight loss, strength and toning, and/or overall health improvements. What will do on the days you are not in class? Well that why we are here. Your health coach/trainer will create customized plan with a clear, realistic roadmap to help you build healthy habits, increase activity, and feel your best—one day at a time.
