The BODY TRANSFORMATIoN - Small group Fitness Classes

The Body Transformation Program are Small Group Fitness Classes designed for individuals who are ready to:

  • Lose weight and reduce body fat
  • Increase muscular strength and stamina
  • Improve core strength, stability, and balance
  • Enhance mobility and flexibility
  • Stay consistent with accountability and expert coaching
     

Monthly Membership Includes:

  • 2 Small Group Fitness Classes Per Week
    Attend 2 small group fitness classes per week and receive structured, coach-led workouts that keep you progressing safely and effectively.
  • BioFitness Screenings
    Know your number, track your progress,  and measure results, with a full body composition and strength assessment every 60 days
  • Personalized Fitness Regimen
    Receive a personalized fitness plan designed around your goals, schedule, and fitness level.

Our BioFitness Screenings measures lean muscle mass, fat percentage, BMI, water weight, resting metabolic rate, and grip strength. Monthly screenings

Nutrition counseling is a great  compliment to our fitness programs. Meet with our registered dietitian to get a personalized approach to nutrition and your diet. Sessions are conducted video chat. This is an optional service and you must have qualifying health insurance.

Our BioFitness Screening provides a comprehensive look at your overall health and body composition beyond the scale. This advanced assessment helps you better understand key wellness metrics and supports personalized goal setting for weight loss, fitness, and long-term health improvement.


Screening Includes:

  • ⚖️ Muscle Weight
    Measures lean muscle mass to help track strength and metabolic health.
  • 📊 Body Mass Index (BMI)
    A general indicator of weight relative to height.
  • 🔥 Body Fat Percentage
    Evaluates overall fat levels to support healthy weight management.
  • 💪 Muscle & Fat Distribution
    Shows how muscle and fat are distributed throughout the body for a more detailed health picture.
  • ⚡ Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
    Estimates how many calories your body burns at rest each day.
  • ❤️ Blood Pressure Screening
    Checks cardiovascular health and helps identify hypertension risk.




Our fitness classes are generally station-based meaning you can work at your one pace based on our level of fitness. Additionally our fitness coaching provide modifications form some exercises. Our class are open to most fitness levels but you should be prepared to exercise a moderate to high level. Check out the video below for some exercises you perform in our classes! We also recommend taking advantage of a 1-Day class pass the week of March 2. 


Working out with us twice a week is great . . . . however it may not be enough for some individuals especially if the goal is weight loss, strength and toning, and/or overall health improvements. What will do on the days you are not in class? Well that why we are here.  Your health coach/trainer will create customized plan with a clear, realistic roadmap to help you build healthy habits, increase activity, and feel your best—one day at a time.

  • Bring a water  bottle, towel and be "ready" mind and body! 
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts. We are located on the lower level of The Wyncote Apartments @ 25 Washington Lane, Suite 39-Aa, Wyncote Pa 19095. (nearest intersection is Washington Lane and Township Line Road). Enter the building through the main lobby located off of Washington Lane.
  • We open our doors to class participants  5-7 minutes before the class starts. 
  • If you need to change your attire before class give yourself a little extra time. There are restrooms down the hall from our studio.

Studio and class Etiquette 

  • No phone calls during class. If you have to make a phone call please move to the entrance of the studio or designated area. 
  • Taking photos or videos during class is strictly prohibited by class participants
  • Sneakers are required for all fitness classes. No open toe shoes, crocks or other footwear is permitted
  • You cannot bring personal belonging onto the fitness floor. Only a water bottle is permitted. Belongings should be stored in our studio’s designated area.  
  • At the end of class, please clean and put away your equipment and exit the studio.
