Step & Walk – Our step and walk challenge encourages your employees to increase their daily step count.
Weight Loss Challenge and Fitness Challenge – The weight loss & fitness challenge is designed to help employees lose weight in a safe and systematic method while improving their health and wellbeing. We have non-competitive and competitive options.
Spring/Fall into Fitness Challenge - Each day during this challenge you will receive a different exercise to perform from the categories of strength training, stretching, core conditioning, balance, stability, and cardio exercises. Each exercise takes approximately 5 minutes to perform.
Heart Healthy Challenge - This program is designed to help participants build heart-friendly habits through nutrition and exercise, leading to better energy, endurance, and overall well-being.
Healthier U Challenge - This is a non-competitive program focusing on helping employees establish one small goal to reach.
Healthy Mind & Body Challenge- This challenges inspires each employee to consider the healthiness of their body as well as their mind.
5 lbs in 5weeks Weight loss Challenge - This challenge encourages employees lose 1lb each week of the 5 week challenge.
Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge - Helping employees to maintain their weight throughout the holidays.
The 30 Day Stay Hydrated Challenge- In this 30 day challenge we encourage your employees to drink the daily recommended amount of water though daily in app messaging and healthy tips. Timing water bottles for purchase.

View the daily health, fitness and nutrition tips under the THINGS TO DO TODAY section at the top of the dashboard and try to complete them each day. For example in screenshoot above the health tip for today is "Eat Vegetables". Click on it for further content. To complete the health tip simply click on it, then click complete.

View other participants fitness activity in the challenge by clicking on the Fitness & Me Challenge . . . . icon located under the MY GROUPS section. This is our communications center where you can connect with other participants in the challenge, post recipes, share encouraging words, and post testimonies about your fitness and health journey. Your fitness activity will be be posted here. Your weight is NOT shared.

Check out the leaderboard the shows you who has the most points in the this challenge. Points are only earned by completing activities in our app like the daily health tips, fitness activity and logging meals. IMPORTANT: This leaderboard DOES NOT reflect a winner or winners of the challenge. This is just a fun gamification of the challenge that helps you to visualize your health journey through completed activities represented as points. (NOT AVAILABLE ON EVERY ACCOUNT)
