A Personalized Weight Loss Plan

Our 90-day weight loss program includes one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian, who provides customized meal strategies and lifestyle guidance. You'll also receive a complimentary personal training session with a certified fitness coach to help you create a personalized fitness plan.


To support your journey, you'll have access to our easy-to-use mobile app for tracking calories, meals, and progress. The program also features an interactive fitness webinar, led by our head personal trainer, that covers a variety of health and exercise topics. Plus, you'll participate in virtual weigh-ins during each appointment to stay motivated and accountable.

Jumpstart your fitness journey with a free one-on-one session with our personal trainer. Get expert guidance, personalized tips, and a custom workout to help you reach your goals. As part of our 90-Day weight loss program, we may come onsite once a month to conduct weigh-ins to track progress and help you stay motivated and  accountable. *Onsite weigh ins are only offered partner employe groups that have more than 20 participants in our program.  This is a complimentary, supportive and optional service to our 90-day weight loss program.

Nutrition counseling Session Outline for Weight Loss

This weight loss program  is designed to help you work towards achieving your weight loss goals through informed choices, best practices and sustainable changes in your lifestyle through one-on-one nutrition counseling with our registered dietitian. 


Below is an outline of topics you may discuss with our registered dietitian during your one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions. Topics covered may vary from client to client and the outline below is an example and should not be used as an exactly schedule.  Our registered dietitian and you will ultimately plan an agenda that works best for you. 


Session 1: Introduction and Goal Setting

  • Goals: Establish a foundation for successful weight loss.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Overview of weight loss principles (caloric deficit, metabolism, )
    • Importance of setting realistic, achievable and measurable goals
    • Assessment of current eating habits and lifestyle factors
  • Activity: Initial assessment (dietary history, body measurements, motivation exploration)


Session 2: Understanding Nutrition Basics

  • Goals: Learn about macronutrients and portion control.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Role of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in weight management
    • Importance of fiber, hydration, and micronutrients
    • Understanding portion sizes and serving recommendations
  • Activity: Analyze a food diary for nutrient intake and portion sizes


Session 3: Meal Planning and Preparation

  • Goals: Develop skills for planning balanced meals.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Strategies for effective meal planning and grocery shopping
    • Healthy cooking techniques and simple recipes
    • Ideas for healthy snacks and portion control
  • Activity: Create a weekly meal plan together, focusing on variety and balance


Session 4: Mindful Eating Practices

  • Goals: Cultivate mindful eating habits.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Recognizing hunger and fullness cues
    • Techniques for mindful eating (e.g., slowing down, savoring food)
    • Addressing emotional eating triggers
  • Activity: Mindful eating exercise with a meal or snack


Session 5: Overcoming Barriers to Weight Loss

  • Goals: Identify personal challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Common obstacles (social situations, stress, cravings)
    • Building a support system and accountability measures
    • Problem-solving techniques for setbacks
  • Activity: Discussion and brainstorming solutions for identified barriers


Session 6: Creating a Sustainable Lifestyle Plan

  • Goals: Plan for long-term success beyond the program.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Strategies for maintaining weight loss and healthy habits
    • Setting up a long-term action plan with goals and resources
    • Dealing with setbacks and staying motivated
  • Activity: Develop a personalized long-term action plan and celebrate progress

There is no cost for any of the services in our program. However, in rare cases, your health insurance plan may impose a cost for nutrition counseling. 


Yes. You must: 

1) Have a bmi over 25, and 

2) have health insurance that covers nutrition counseling/medical nutrition therapy. In most cases they will cover nutrition counseling at 100%

During the 90 Day Weigh Less weight loss program you are invited to attend our fitness webinar which will be schedule multiple times during the first week of the challenge.  The fitness webinar is designed to help you understand the foundations of fitness and how to exercise effectively—no matter your age, ability, or experience. Each session focuses on a key topic and delivers actionable tips you can start using immediately. You will also have the opportunity to ask our fitness professional fitness realted questions and receive live responses.

The registration link will be shared via email several days before the fitness webinar. 


As part of our commitment to your health and wellness, we’re offering a free personal training session with one of our certified fitness professionals. Sessions may be in-person or virtual.  


During this one-on-one session, you’ll receive:

  • Goal-focused workout guidance
  • Expert tips on form, technique, and progression
  • Answers to your fitness questions and concerns

We also offer partner training (you, a workout buddy, and our personal trainer) and small group training (you, and up to 4 other workout buddies, and our personal trainer).


A debit/credit card on file will be required prior to booking your appointment.


To ensure fairness and respect for our trainers' time, we kindly ask all clients to adhere to the following cancellation policy: 

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
  • Late Cancellations: There will be a $20 charge to your card for sessions canceled less than 24 hours' notice.
  • No-Shows: There will be a $30 charge if you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice.
  • Trainer Cancellations: If your trainer needs to cancel, we will make every effort to reschedule your session at your convenience.

The purpose of the onsite weigh ins is to provide some accountability and some motivation. Your official weight should be take virtual during your nutrition counseling sessions.
