Our 90-day weight loss program includes one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian, who provides customized meal strategies and lifestyle guidance. You'll also receive a complimentary personal training session with a certified fitness coach to help you create a personalized fitness plan.
To support your journey, you'll have access to our easy-to-use mobile app for tracking calories, meals, and progress. The program also features an interactive fitness webinar, led by our head personal trainer, that covers a variety of health and exercise topics. Plus, you'll participate in virtual weigh-ins during each appointment to stay motivated and accountable.

Jumpstart your fitness journey with a free one-on-one session with our personal trainer. Get expert guidance, personalized tips, and a custom workout to help you reach your goals. Partner and small group training sessions also permitted. This is a complimentary, supportive and optional service to our 90-day weight loss program.
As part of our 90-Day weight loss program, we may come onsite once a month to conduct weigh-ins to track progress and help you stay motivated and accountable. *Onsite weigh ins are only offered partner employe groups that have more than 20 participants in our program. This is a complimentary, supportive and optional service to our 90-day weight loss program.
Depending on your employer's wellness program you may qualify for prizes and rewards for your participation and/or progress in a wellness program. Prizes are at the discretion of your employer and only provided by your employer, not Health Fitness Connections. Ask your HR department if our program qualifies for any company incentive(s).

This weight loss program is designed to help you work towards achieving your weight loss goals through informed choices, best practices and sustainable changes in your lifestyle through one-on-one nutrition counseling with our registered dietitian.
Below is an outline of topics you may discuss with our registered dietitian during your one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions. Topics covered may vary from client to client and the outline below is an example and should not be used as an exactly schedule. Our registered dietitian and you will ultimately plan an agenda that works best for you.

There is no cost for any of the services in our program. However, in rare cases, your health insurance plan may impose a cost for nutrition counseling.
Yes. You must:
1) Have a bmi over 25, and
2) have health insurance that covers nutrition counseling/medical nutrition therapy. In most cases they will cover nutrition counseling at 100%

During the 90 Day Weigh Less weight loss program you are invited to attend our fitness webinar which will be schedule multiple times during the first week of the challenge. The fitness webinar is designed to help you understand the foundations of fitness and how to exercise effectively—no matter your age, ability, or experience. Each session focuses on a key topic and delivers actionable tips you can start using immediately. You will also have the opportunity to ask our fitness professional fitness realted questions and receive live responses.

As part of our commitment to your health and wellness, we’re offering a free personal training session with one of our certified fitness professionals. Sessions may be in-person or virtual.

The purpose of the onsite weigh ins is to provide some accountability and some motivation. Your official weight should be take virtual during your nutrition counseling sessions.
