Our Small Group Training program for seniors is designed to help older adults stay active, independent, and energized. Led by certified fitness professionals, each session focuses on safe, low-impact exercises that improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall mobility. With groups kept small, participants receive personalized coaching while enjoying the motivation and fun of working out together.

Whether you’re looking to prevent falls, manage joint stiffness, boost energy levels, or simply stay healthy and social, this program provides a supportive and encouraging environment for every fitness level. Perfect for seniors who want to stay strong, move with confidence, and maintain a vibrant, active lifestyle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Registration Process 

  1. Submit Inquiry
    Complete our short online form
     
  2. Choose Your Group & Schedule
    Within several days we will contact you via email or phone to added you to one of our small group personal training groups based on your availability and program selection.
     
  3. Make your first payment
    First payment is due prior to the session. After your first session we will automatically bill your card on file after the completion of each session. 



3-8 individuals  = $35/session per person 

* based on 30 minute sessions


Small Group Setting

Small group fitness classes offer a perfect balance between personal attention and group motivation. It also allows our trainer to focus on individual form, technique, and modifications to ensure safety and effectiveness.


Nutrition Counseling (optional and requires health insurance)

Nutrition counseling is a great  complement to our fitness programs Meet with our registered dietitian to get a personalized approach to nutrition and your diet. Sessions are conducted by phone or video chat. This is an optional service and you must have qualifying health insurance. 


Group Support

Once a week, directly after class, we will have an open group discussion about accomplishments, struggles, strategies and resources to support you in your fitness journey. Our fitness coach will provide tips, advice and encouragement. 


Mobile App

Use our mobile app to log your workouts, track your food and calories, and connect with members in your group for support and motivation. You can also sync your fitness tracker or smartphone.


On-Demand Workout Videos

We have over 200 on-demand workout videos on our mobile app focused on full-body fitness, core conditioning, yoga and stretching, high intensity interval training and much more! 


Fitness Coaching

Get support from our fitness coach via our mobile app during the class series.



Yes. At least 3 people per group. 


There are no refunds. Exceptions include: medical reasons with a physician's note. 


  • Bring a water  bottle, towel and be "ready" mind and body! 
  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts. We are located on the lower level of The Wyncote Apartments @ 25 Washington Lane, Suite 39-Aa, Wyncote Pa 19095. (nearest intersection is Washington Lane and Township Line Road). Enter the building through the main lobby located off of Washington Lane.
  • We open our doors to class participants  5 minutes before the class starts. 
  • If you need to change your attire before class give yourself a little extra time. There are restrooms down the hall from our studio.
  • At the end of class, please clean and put away your equipment and exit the studio. 
  • No phone calls during class. If you have to make a phone call please move to the entrance of the studio or designated area. 
  • Taking photos or videos during class is strictly prohibited by class participants
  • Sneakers are required for all fitness classes. No open toe shoes, crocks or other footwear is permitted
  • You cannot bring personal belonging onto the fitness floor. Only a water bottle is permitted. Belongings should be stored in our studio’s designated area.
