  • Personalized Fitness Assessment: We start with a comprehensive assessment to understand your current fitness level, goals, and any specific considerations, ensuring a customized approach.
  • Personal Training Sessions & Expert Coaching: : Benefit from one-on-one sessions with one of our  personal trainers who will provide guidance, technique correction, and encouragement throughout the program. Enjoy a well-rounded mix of strength training, cardio, flexibility, and functional exercises. Each week builds on the previous one, progressively challenging you to improve. 
  • Nutritional Guidance: Receive tailored nutrition advice and meal planning support to complement your workouts, helping you fuel your body for optimal performance and recovery. This services is provided by our registered dietitian through nutrition counseling
  • Weekly Check-ins: Stay accountable with regular check-ins to track your progress, celebrate achievements, and adjust your plan as needed. Your trainer is here to motivate and support you every step of the way!
  • Exercise Logging: Easily log your workouts with just a few taps.

Nutrition counseling is a great  compliment to our fitness programs. Meet with our registered dietitian to get a personalized approach to nutrition and your diet. Sessions are conducted video chat. This is an optional service and you must have qualifying health insurance.

Registration Process 

  1. Submit Inquiry
    Complete our short online personal training registration form. * You are not making a payment or commitment at this time. It just a registration so we can gauge interest and determine a schedule.
  2. Confirm Schedule
    Within several days we will contact you via email, phone or text to added you to one of our small group personal training groups based on your availability and program selection. 
  3. Make your first payment
    First payment is due prior to the session. After your first session we will automatically bill your card on file after the completion of each session.
