Hear what a few of our corporate clients have to say about us!
"We first met Don last year when he came on-site to hold a stress reliever exercise session, which was received well by our colleagues. This past January, Don asked if we were interested to participate in a Team Lean Challenge at no cost to our company. As part of the Challenge, a nutritionist held consultations with our participants which is covered under the wellness plan with Independence Blue Cross. We just concluded the Team Lean Challenge and it was a great success! We had 40 participants which accounts for 30% of our on-site headcount as well as some individuals that were only interested in the nutritionist consultations. As part of the program, Don visited our offices and laboratory weekly to conduct weekly weigh-in’s and consult with the participants about their exercise activities. Don is professional, courteous and has a wonderful helpful demeanor—all of this contributed into a very easy wellness program to manage". Collen- DrugScan
"I was just speaking with an account manager in our office this morning who said their client was saying how much they enjoy the newsletter, and the best part is they hear their employees walking around talking about what they read and discussing it with each other. It’s a good way to be sure people are actually reading it.
Another client had told me how much they enjoy the topics each month, and their favorite part, which you recently added, is the brain teaser. One of the school districts we work with just emailed me the following note yesterday: I share these each month on district wide e-mail! Get a lot of positive feedback. Another school district sent the following note today: These newsletters are great and the employees really like them!!!!!!!!!
Every client I’ve met with says that they send out the newsletter to their employees every month, which is wonderful! It seems to grab everyone’s attention". Gallagher Benefits

"My A1C last year was 5.7, now it's 5.3. No more Pre Diabetes"!
"I like the idea of dropping a little at time and sharing with my daughter as we workout".
"I originally joined to get in better shape for tennis, but I was quite surprised that I actually lost weight in the process. Not just some, but a fair amount".

Physical therapist are highly trained, licensed and degreed healthcare professionals that help patients reduce muscle and joint pain; and help to restore mobility, function and range of motion through specific treatment plans. Physical therapist treat all areas and joints of the body including, neck, back, shoulders, knees, hips wrist, ankles and elbows. They also treat the following conditions:
Virtual physical therapy, also called telemedicine or online physical therapy - is a convenient way to receive physcial therapy. Why virtual physcial therapy is not for every patient it is proving to be an more and more effective option. Vitual phsycial therapy is much like in-person physical therapy. Your physical therapist will still evalaute, treat, provide guidance and create a exercise plan to support your rehab goals.
If you are experiencing muscle and/or joint pain (i.e. back, neck, shoulders, knees, etc.) which affects your quality of life, occupational duties, and recreational activities (i.e. exercise, playing with your kids/grandchildren, etc.) you should see a physical therapist. Most muscle and joint problems will not resolve themselves. While ice and rest may work in the short term, it does not address the cause of the problem. Physical therapist identify the problem, treat it, and education patients on how to prevent or reduce reoccurrences. Physical therapy may also help to reduce your dependence on pain medication and delay surgery.
Virtual physical therpay is not for every patient and condition. Some patients need and desire more of a hands on approach to treatment. But for some others who live in rural areas, have difficults communting, and perfer to experince their therapy in home - virutal physical therapy may be a great option.
Your first visit is considered an evaluation. During your evaluation our physical therapist will discuss and review your . . . .
Afterwards our physical therapist will conduct a physical assessment/evaluation which may consist of:
In general physical therapy, including virtual physical therapy, is covered by most health insurance plans however it will depend on the type of health plan you have. Some plans are capitated (HMO's), meaning coverage is limited to physical therapy services selected by your employer. While other health insurance plans (PPO/personal choice) allow you to choose your physical therapist. If you are unsure please complete our health insurance verification form so we can determine your eligibility.

While this attire is not a required please do not wear skirts or any kind or very restrictive work clothes like tight jeans
2. Arrive Hydrated
Drink some water before and after. Hydration helps your muscles respond better to stretching and can reduce soreness.
3. Don’t Do a Heavy Workout Right Before
Light movement is fine, but intense exercise right before may leave your muscles too fatigued or tight.
4. Eat Light (or Not Too Close to the Session)
A heavy meal right before stretching can feel uncomfortable. A small snack is totally fine.
5. Communicate Any Pain or Injuries
Let the stretching professional know if you have:
Passive stretching should never feel sharp or painful.
6. Relax and Breathe
The best results come when you stay calm and let your body release tension. Slow breathing helps your muscles loosen up.
