Hear what a few of our corporate clients have to say about us!
"We first met Don last year when he came on-site to hold a stress reliever exercise session, which was received well by our colleagues. This past January, Don asked if we were interested to participate in a Team Lean Challenge at no cost to our company. As part of the Challenge, a nutritionist held consultations with our participants which is covered under the wellness plan with Independence Blue Cross. We just concluded the Team Lean Challenge and it was a great success! We had 40 participants which accounts for 30% of our on-site headcount as well as some individuals that were only interested in the nutritionist consultations. As part of the program, Don visited our offices and laboratory weekly to conduct weekly weigh-in’s and consult with the participants about their exercise activities. Don is professional, courteous and has a wonderful helpful demeanor—all of this contributed into a very easy wellness program to manage". Collen- DrugScan
"I was just speaking with an account manager in our office this morning who said their client was saying how much they enjoy the newsletter, and the best part is they hear their employees walking around talking about what they read and discussing it with each other. It’s a good way to be sure people are actually reading it.
Another client had told me how much they enjoy the topics each month, and their favorite part, which you recently added, is the brain teaser. One of the school districts we work with just emailed me the following note yesterday: I share these each month on district wide e-mail! Get a lot of positive feedback. Another school district sent the following note today: These newsletters are great and the employees really like them!!!!!!!!!
Every client I’ve met with says that they send out the newsletter to their employees every month, which is wonderful! It seems to grab everyone’s attention". Gallagher Benefits
"Over two challenges I lost over 20 pounds and have gotten stronger and have eaten healthier. The weekly weigh ins keep me on track and both the fitness and nutrition coaches really help tailor a program I can follow. No high energy exercises that are too hard, no need to join a gym, no need to eat foods I don't like and no starving to lose weight. This has helped me make better choices overall and given me a plan I can live with long term".
"I feel so much better and look great in the process!!! This challenge has allowed me to get back to where I wanted to be. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and my health as improved. I have also pushed myself to be more conscious about working out and wait I eat. I feel so much better now that I can get back into my smaller clothes that I had packed away for almost two years. Thank you for all you have done to help me achieve my desired weight goal. Now I have the techniques to keep the weight off".
"I lost more weight than I expected given the few changes I made. I basically cut out ice cream and pastries for a month and dropped 10 pounds. Then I went back to old habits (though my portion control at meals was still better than before the challenge) and gained a pound. Then in the last two weeks, I regained my self-control over snacks/desserts and actually did more aerobic exercise than I had been doing, which dropped me another 9 pounds. I hope in the future to be better able to control my sugar cravings, and find a way to work in high intensity exercise into my schedule".
"I lost close to 30 pounds just by eating healthy. I would not have been able to do this without the motivation provided by being in a fitness challenge. I feel much better and look to continue eating healthy, as well as incorporating regular exercise into my life (once the holidays are over). The counseling was especially helpful, not only for providing information, but also for encouragement and accountability."
"Overall I dropped 4 inches from my waist and feeling much better about myself. Great feeling when people are asking you if you lost weight and the positive feedback my fellow co workers were saying about how they could see the difference. Thanks again to Don for all the advice and info that was shared thought out the challenge. Looking forward to the next one".
"The motivation and accountability really worked for me. In the short period of time the challenge went on I was motivated by Don in fun and constructive ways. I lost over 40 pounds, 10% body fat and 10 waist sizes. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to get in better shape or just feel better in general".
"My A1C last year was 5.7, now it's 5.3. No more Pre Diabetes"!
"I like the idea of dropping a little at time and sharing with my daughter as we workout".
"I originally joined to get in better shape for tennis, but I was quite surprised that I actually lost weight in the process. Not just some, but a fair amount".
