Grab a few workout buddies (i.e family and/or friends) and workout with our personal trainer in an interactive workout. Smaller than our classes and with more guidance these sessions combine real-time coaching, and a supportive group atmosphere to help you build strength, improve endurance, and stay motivated—no matter your fitness level. Our personal trainer will provide professional guidance on proper form, technique, and execution of exercises. $35/per person/per session. (virtual and in-person options available)

 Take advantage of our BioFitness screenings program designed to help you understand your current fitness level and set personalized health goals. Our assessments go beyond the scale to give real insight into body composition and performance. BioFitness Screening includes: muscle weight and distribution; body fat percentage; bmi; fat and water weight, and resting metabolic rate.

We run various fitness challenges based on weight loss, body composition, strength, calories burned, workouts and more! Prizes may include a home workout kit to monetary($$$) rewards. 

Important  - Only members with at least 2 months of a paid subscription or other paid services exceeding more than $20/per month for two consecutive months are eligible for prizes. 


BioFitness Screenings are our full body composition anayslis and can ONLY be performed in-person at our fitness studio or in some cases at your place of work if we have a working relation with your employer.

Workout Plans are pre-designed workout programs that give a detailed layout of specific exercises with recommended sets, repetitions, and rest periods. You will have access to several dozen programs within our app. Its basically a physical chart with exercises and recommended sets and reps, with 3-5 second video clips of each exercise so you know how to perform it correctly 

Example: 

10-minute Home dumbbell Workout for Beginners 

  1. Pushups (modified or regular) 12-15 repetitions x 3 sets
  2. Goblet Squats 12-15 repetitions x 3 sets
  3. Walkouts 8-10 reps
  4. Etc......


OnDemand Videos are pre-recorded fitness videos led by fitness professionals. Play the videos anytime and anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. 


Personal Training (virtual/in-person) is a more personalized fitness planning delivered by your personal trainer. Choose a 1-on-1 option or train with up to 4 workout buddies.  Learn more here. 


Live Small Group Fitness Sessions (virtual) are live sessions lead by our fitness instructor who provides proper exercise form, technique and execution for attendees.
