The 90-Day High Blood PRessure Management PROGRAM

June 16, 2025 thru September 14, 2025

Our 90-Day Blood Pressure Management Program includes one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian, who provides customized meal strategies and lifestyle guidance. You'll also receive a complimentary personal training session with a certified fitness coach to help you create a personalized fitness plan.


To support your journey, you'll have access to our easy-to-use mobile app for tracking calories, meals, blood pressure, and progress. The program also features an interactive fitness webinar, led by our head personal trainer, that covers a variety of health and exercise topics.

NUTRITION COUNSELING SESSION OUTLINE FOR High Blood PRessure

Our High blood Pressure/Hypertension  program emphasizes education, personalized strategies, and lifestyle modifications for managing high blood pressure through one-on-one nutrition counseling with our registered dietitian. 


Below is an outline of topics you may discuss with our registered dietitian during your one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions. Topics covered may vary from client to client and the outline below is an example and should not be used as an exactly schedule.  Our registered dietitian and you will ultimately plan an agenda that works best for you. 


Session 1: Introduction to Heart Health

  • Goals: Understand the basics of high blood pressure and cholesterol.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Overview of high blood pressure and high cholesterol: definitions, causes, and risks
    • Importance of nutrition in managing these conditions
    • Setting personalized health goals
  • Activity: Initial assessment (dietary history, blood pressure, and cholesterol metrics)


Session 2: Understanding Key Nutrients

  • Goals: Learn about nutrients that impact heart health.
  • Topics Covered:
    • The role of sodium, saturated fats, trans fats, and cholesterol
    • Importance of fiber, potassium, and healthy fats
    • Overview of the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet and the Mediterranean diet
  • Activity: Analyze a food diary for sodium and fat intake


Session 3: Meal Planning for Heart Health

  • Goals: Develop skills for creating heart-healthy meals.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Principles of meal planning (balanced meals, portion sizes)
    • Strategies for grocery shopping (reading labels, choosing heart-healthy options)
    • Cooking methods that promote heart health (grilling, steaming, baking)
  • Activity: Create a weekly meal plan focused on heart-healthy foods


Session 4: Increasing Fruits, Vegetables, and Whole Grains

  • Goals: Enhance intake of beneficial foods.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Benefits of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains for blood pressure and cholesterol
    • Tips for incorporating more produce into meals and snacks
    • Understanding serving sizes and recommendations
  • Activity: Plan a day’s meals that incorporate a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains


Session 5: Lifestyle Modifications

  • Goals: Explore lifestyle factors that affect heart health.
  • Topics Covered:
    • The role of physical activity in managing blood pressure and cholesterol
    • Stress management techniques (mindfulness, relaxation exercises)
    • Importance of sleep hygiene and maintaining a healthy weight
  • Activity: Develop a personalized activity and stress management plan


Session 6: Review and Sustainable Lifestyle Planning

  • Goals: Reflect on progress and establish a long-term plan.
  • Topics Covered:
    • Recap key concepts and strategies learned throughout the program
    • Celebrate successes and identify ongoing challenges
    • Create a sustainable action plan for maintaining heart health
  • Activity: Goal-setting worksheet for future health management



Frequently Asked Questions

There is no cost for any of the services in our program. However, in rare cases, your health insurance plan may impose a cost for nutrition counseling. 


Yes. You must: 

1) have diagnosed as hypertensive by primary care physician.

2) have health insurance that covers nutrition counseling/medical nutrition therapy. In most cases they will cover nutrition counseling at 100%.

Keep in mind you should contact your insurance plan for eligibility if you are unsure if your plan covers nutrition counseling or you can complete our secure  insurance verification form


The fitness webinar is designed to help you understand the foundations of fitness and how to exercise effectively—no matter your age, ability, or experience. Each topic focuses on actionable tips you can start using immediately. You will also have the opportunity to ask our fitness professional fitness related questions and receive live responses.

The registration link will be shared via email several days before the fitness webinar. 


As part of our commitment to your health and wellness, we’re offering a free personal training session with one of our certified fitness professionals. Sessions may be in-person or virtual.  


During this one-on-one session, you’ll receive:

  • Goal-focused workout guidance
  • Expert tips on form, technique, and progression
  • Answers to your fitness questions and concerns

We also offer partner training (you, a workout buddy, and our personal trainer) and small group training (you, and up to 4 other workout buddies, and our personal trainer).


A debit/credit card on file will be required prior to booking your appointment.


To ensure fairness and respect for our trainers' time, we kindly ask all clients to adhere to the following cancellation policy: 

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
  • Late Cancellations: There will be a $20 charge to your card for sessions canceled less than 24 hours' notice.
  • No-Shows: There will be a $30 charge if you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice.
  • Trainer Cancellations: If your trainer needs to cancel, we will make every effort to reschedule your session at your convenience.
