Our complimentary 1-Day Fitness Class Pass is a great way to try out our classes and experience our community. Please review the following guidelines:

Our fitness classes are generally station-based meaning you can work at your one pace based on our level of fitness. Additionally our fitness coaching provide modifications form some exercises. Our class are open to most fitness levels but you should be prepared to exercise a moderate to high level. Check out the video below for some exercises you perform in our classes!
