Join us for a 60-minute Total Body Fitness class designed to strengthen and energize your entire body! This calorie burning workout is great for all fitness levels, combining cardio, strength training, and flexibility into a fun and effective session.
Nutrition counseling is a great complement to our Balance Fitness program. Meet with our registered dietitian to get a personalized approach to nutrition and your diet. Sessions are conducted by phone or video chat. This is an optional services and you must have qualifying health insurance.
Directly after a fitness class we will have an open group discussion about accomplishments, struggles, and strategies and resources to support you in your weight loss journey.
There will 3-4 workshops (in-person and/or virtually) lead by our registered dietitian and fitness coach, discussing weight loss strategies, nutrition, fitness and healthier behavioral. Dates will be released at the beginning of the program
Use our mobile app to log your workouts, track your food and calories, and connect with members in your group for support and motivation.
Get weighed in at each fitness class and discuss progress.
Watch and workout to some of our on-demand videos on our mobile app.
Your fitness coach will be accessible via our mobile app for fitness advice, motivation, and accountability.
Balanced Fitness 8-week weight management program is a multifaceted approach to help you manage your body weight by integrating physical fitness, nutrition, and fitness coaching. Our program is process focused meaning it focuses on the steps taken to achieve a desired outcome, rather than the outcome itself.
Two payments of $200. The first payment is required to register for the program and the second payment is automatically charge to your card/account on file 4 weeks after the start of the program.
Yes. There is a 5 person minimum requirement to start the program and an 8 person maximum. If we do not reach our 5 person minimum program may be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.
There are no refunds. Exceptions include: medical reason with a physician's note and relocation.

Our Balanced Fitness: 8-week Weight Management Progam is good for anyone looking to lose weight through exercise, healthier eating, and behavioral changes. This is not a quick fix program and our hope is that all participants will continue the healthy practices they have learned in our program whether with us or on their own.

Nutrition counseling is free through most health insurance providers. Here is a list of insurance companies that we accept who offer nutrition counseling. Some plans may not offer nutrition counseling or have restrictions and special provisions that may disqualify you from nutrition counseling.
* We do not accept medicare/medicad. If your insurance is not listed above unfortunately we do not accept it.
