The Team Lean Weight Loss & Fitness Challenge
Our Team Lean Weight Loss and Fitness Challenge is a 4-16 challenge designed to improve health, wellbeing, employee morale, and cohesiveness through a little fun and friendly competition. Teams can be made up of departments, locations and compete against other teams in your company or be employee against each other. During the challenge employees will have the opportunity to meet with our registered dietitian for onsite nutrition counseling and speak with personal trainer for exercise guidance. Our challenges also included: an initial and post fitness assessments; routine weigh ins; online exercise videos; weekly fitness tips; and seminars/demonstrations.
The Team Lean Challenge is hosted on our online weight loss and fitness competition website. Employees can track their weight and other various fitness activities; view their teammates’ progress (weight is always keep private), post their accomplishments, and workout to our online exercise videos.
The Step Challenge
The Step & Walk Challenge is an 8-12 week fitness challenge aimed at encouraging your employees to achieve 10,000 steps per day with the ultimate goal of reaching a certain amount of steps collectively. The total amount of steps will be based on the number of employees who join the challenge and will be calculate after the registration ends. The Step Challenge will be hosted on our web application. Our web application will allow you to track your steps; miles, exercise duration, weight, and various measurements/activities. You can also connect your Fitbit to our site and sync all your data including your daily step count!
