The 5lbs in 5 weeks Weight Loss Challenge
During the 5lbs in 5 weeks weight loss challenge we are encouraging you to lose some weight but also tone up. Yes this means healthy eating but also exercise. Our dietitian will help you with your diet and eating habits and our personal trainer will provide a workout program for you to follow and be there to answer general fitness questions via direct messaging in our app.
Stay Active Be Fit Challenge
The goal of our Stay Active, Be Fit Challenge is to help you increase your exercise frequency and improve your consistency. So if do not workout or sporadically workout, the goal is to add at least one day of exercise per week and stay consistent at it through the entire challenge. If you workout twice a week, bump it up to 3 or 4 days. Being active can be as simple as adding 10 minutes of walking or doing a 60 minute fitness class!
Step Into Fitness Summer Challenge
In this challenge we would like you to add 1,000 steps or more over your normal daily step count! IMPORTANT: A Fitbit tracker, Apple Watch, Withings Tracker or Apple Health (only on apple phones) is REQUIRED for this challenge to track your steps. Steps CANNOT be tracked manually on our app or with any other fitness tracker unless it connects to Apple Health.

Is there a cost to participate? No. Joining and participating is absolutely FREE. However, you must qualify for nutrition counseling through your health insurance plan to meet with our registered dietitian which is a requirement of the program.
Are there any requirements to join and participate? Yes.
How would I know if I qualify for nutrition counseling?
Nutrition counseling is free through most health insurance providers. Here is a list of insurance companies that we accept who offer nutrition counseling. Some plans may not offer nutrition counseling or have restrictions and special provisions that may disqualify you from nutrition counseling.
* We do not accept medicare/medicad. If your insurance is not listed above unfortunately we do not accept it.
How does the Ask the Trainer work?
Ask the trainer is for basic questions about fitness.
Will I receive a fitness program to follow?
Absolutely! In addition to our library of on-demand exercise videos we will also have a workout plan for you to follow.
