Click the blue + icon towards the lower right hand side of the app.
Click the "Activity" link.
Select your activity.
If you are about to start your activity you can select the "Start Now" button to record the time of your your workout. If you already completed your workout click the "Mark as complete" link.
Make any changes or revisions to the metrics then click save.
