FITNESS TOGETHER is a 4 week community building fitness program designed to provide you with support, motivation, accountability and the resources you will need to move a step closer to being more mentally and physically fit. We strongly encourage you to get at-least one other person (family member, friend, neighbor, or co-worker) to join so they not only reap the benefits but serve as an active member of your support system. But if you cannot bring someone else along, we will still be that support you need. So whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, improve your stamina, reduce stress, get stronger, start an exercise program, or just need a little nudge, let's do it together!

Is there a cost to participate?
No. Joining and participating is absolutely FREE. However, you must qualify for nutrition counseling through your health insurance provider.
Are there any requirements to join and participate? Yes.
How do I know if I qualify for nutrition counseling? Nutrition counseling is free through most health insurance providers. Here is a list of insurance companies that we accept who offer nutrition counseling. Some plans may have restrictions and special provisions.
* If we discover your insurance does not cover or has limited coverage for nutrition counseling we will contact you. Please make sure you enter all the correct insurance info when registering.
When can I call or text the personal trainer?
Once you have completed your first nutrition counseling session we will email you a telephone number and code to contact our personal trainer.
What will the exercise classes be like?
All fitness classes are approximately 30 minutes in duration, moderate intensity, and are live via Zoom. Just like an in-person fitness class our instructor(s) will lead, demonstrate and coach you though various exercises. We will offer numerous classes each week. However, the number of classes may be decreased or increased based on the number of sign ups and attendance. We will be following two different workout routines.
I consider myself a beginner/novice. Will these exercises be ok for me to do?
We always provide modifications to exercises during the class. However, we recommend that everyone joining our exercise program consult with their primary care physician prior.
What equipment will I need?
A pair of light dumbbells and/or a resistance band/tube.
