In this challenge we are striving to help employees increase the frequency of their daily physical activity.
Health Fitness Connections’ challenges and programs are FREE and designed to improve health,
wellbeing, employee morale, and cohesiveness through a little fun and friendly competition.
Each challenge and program has a specific focus which gives your employees a healthy list of
options. Every health challenge/program requires participates to complete a certain amount of nutrition counseling sessions which they must qualify for through their health insurance provider.

Weight & Fitness Challenge – The Weight Loss & Fitness Challenge is designed to help employees lose weight and improve their physical fitness level.
Step In Fitness Challenge – Is designed to encourage your employees to achieve 10,000 steps per day with the ultimate goal of reaching a certain amount of steps collectively as a team. Steps can be manually recorded or synced with a Fitbit Tracker or HFC Fitness Tracker (coming 2021).
Spring into Fitness – Spring into Fitness is a great challenge to bring in the spring season. Employees will get workouts that work best for the spring season and healthier eating strategies that compliment.
Heart Healthy Challenge – The goal of the Heart Healthy Challenge is to help employees improve their heart function and heart health through nutrition and fitness.
Stay Active, Be Active Challenge – In this challenge we are striving to help employees increase the frequency of their daily physical activity.
Healthier You – The Healthier You program is non-competitive program focusing on helping employees establish a small goal to reach.
Healthy Mind & Body – This program challenges each employee to consider the healthiness of their body as well as their mind.
The Relax & Rejuvenate Stress Reduction Program – Our 6-week Relax & Rejuvenate Stress Reduction Program is designed to help your employees reduce and manage their stress through healthier eating, massage therapy, and exercise.
Energize Me – This program aims to help employees regain and reclaim some, if not all, of their energy through strategic meal planning and exercise.
5lbs in 5weeks – The goal is in the title! We are calling on each participating employee to lose 1 lb per week and appreciate the small achievements towards their ultimate goal.
Maintain Don’t Gain – In our Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge we are helping employees maintain their weight throughout the holidays.
