Keep track of your weight and other bio-metrics (body fat, waist circumference, etc) using our mobile app.
Discuss your weight loss goals and strategies with our registered dietitian.
Watch and workout to some of our full length on-demand videos on our mobile app.
Receive a complimentary small group training class pass to burn off some extra calories.
Participating with the most completed daily workouts will be entered into a raffle drawing to win $100 Visa e-Gift Card.
If you are short on time, just starting your fitness journey, don't know where to start or just want something a little different this challenge is great way to "spring into fitness".
5 Minute Exercises (daily)
Each day during this challenge you will receive a different exercise to perform from the categories of strength training, stretching, core conditioning, balance, stability, and cardio exercises. Each exercise takes approximately 5 minutes to perform.
Here is an example of what the first week could look like: (this is just a sample):
Your daily exercise will be sent as an in-app notification through our mobile app. Each exercise will be accompanied with an image and or video of that exercise with instructions.
The Reward
Participants in our challenge who complete the most daily exercises will be entered into a raffle to win a $100 e-gift card. To qualify you must :
1) Register for our challenge
2) Download our mobile app (we will send you an email invitation)
3) Use the completion feature in our app everytime you complete our daily exercises. If you do not use the completion feature to indicate you've completed the exercise, it cannot be tracked thus we cannot credit you for the exercise.
4) Complete the challenge by completing our feedback survey.

If you have qualifying health insurance you can consult with our registered dietitian at not cost. Most health insurance plans cover nutrition counseling while others have special provisions. Health insurance plans like Independence Blue Cross and Amerihealth provide 6 free nutrition counseling visits per year, FEBP Blue Cross Blue Shield provide up to 10 visits per year, and some AETNA plans offer up to 12 visits per year with certain medical conditions requirements. We accept Independence Blue Cross, Amerihealth, Highmark, FEBP BCBS Blue Cross & Blue Shield, AETNA, and CIGNA.
Our FREE nutrition counseling services provide a personalize experience, meaning our registered dietitian will create a dietary plan and provide tips and strategies based on your specific needs rather than providing a "one-size fits all" approach. Weight loss/management, diabetes management, nutrition for high blood pressure, healthy cooking for the family, health eating choices on the go are a few of the areas our dietitian can help you navigate. We will be using Resistance Tubes to perform many of the exercises. At least one resistance tube is required but a set of various resistance levels is recommended. If you do not have a resistance tube or set place your order from us after you register for the challenge.
